The topic has become a massive focus for Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Services as the nation manages a jaw-dropping suicide rate—roughly 22 veterans take their lives each day after returning from combat.

In about 15 years, roughly 78 million people in the United States will be over the age of 65. Unsurprisingly, this growth comes with challenges in addressing the increasing needs for human connection, financial wellness, daily living, and care for older adults.


Donor Gifts Help Fill the Need for Specially-Trained Health Professionals

To address the critical need for specially-trained health professionals in northern Arizona, the Foundation offers scholarships to support education in health-related courses of study. Through generous donor support, we have been able to provide more than $300,000 in financial support over the past 10 years.
