William Riley, PhD


Dr. Riley has worked in senior leadership positions in various healthcare systems since 1985, and has served in 13 different governing and advisory board positions. He earned his doctoral degree in public health from the University of Minnesota. His research and teaching career includes his current position as a professor in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University. He has reviewed and published dozens of peer-reviewed, academic journal articles and papers.

Dr. Riley’s professional memberships include the American Hospital Association, the American Group Practice Association, the Medical Group Management Association and the American Public Health Association.

In addition to serving on the Foundation Board, Dr. Riley was elected to the Northern Arizona Healthcare Board of Directors in 2017.
